Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Sunday–Thursday). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Delivery Time: United Arab Emirates: 8–12 business days. Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries: 10–18 business days. A tracking number is sent by SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is free on all orders within the GCC. Cash on delivery is available; a small COD fee may be shown at checkout.

Customs & Duties: For international deliveries, any customs duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays: Customs clearance and peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, White Friday) may add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact support@lumiraglow.co
