If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Return Conditions: The item must include all parts and original packaging, and must not be damaged by misuse. Normal use during the trial period is completely fine.

How to Start a Return: Email support@lumiraglow.co with your order number. We reply within 24–48 hours with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or stops working within the guarantee period, send us photos or a short video within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or full refund — no return required.

Refund Timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
